Individual and Group Session Fee (Cakesmashes, Milestones, Family Portraits, Maternity)
The session fee includes the photographers time, talent and travel, a password protected online proof gallery, and professional editing/retouching of images. Digital package includes 15 images and rights to reproduce. Print packages are available. Most sessions last a little over an hour. $X (+VA sales tax)

Newborn Session
The session fee includes the photographers time, talent and travel, a password protected online proof gallery, and professional editing/retouching of images. Digital package includes 15 images and rights to reproduce. Print packages are available. Plan on at least 2 hours for your session with plenty of time allowed for breaks (snuggling, feeding and changing). $X(+VA sales tax)

Mommy and Baby
Includes an hour-long maternity session for Mom (best scheduled between 32 and 38 weeks) and 2 hour newborn session for Baby (scheduled within two weeks of birth). Dads and siblings welcome to both sessions. The session fee includes the photographers time, talent and travel, and professional editing/retouching of images. Digital package includes 15 images and rights to reproduce. Print packages are available. $X (+VA sales tax)

First Year Package
Your little one changes so quickly. Make sure to capture those first milestones. Our first year package includes a 3, 6, 9 and 12 month session. Each session includes the photographers time, talent and travel, a password protected online proof gallery, and professional editing/retouching of images. Digital package includes 15 images per session and rights to reproduce. Print packages are available. $X (+VA sales tax)

Senior Portrait Sessions
Your senior’s session fee includes the photographers time, talent and travel, a password protected online proof gallery, and professional editing/retouching of images. Digital package includes 15 images and rights to reproduce. Print packages are available. Your senior is welcome to bring along a selection of clothing and personal items that represent their interests. We do not currently offer formal yearbook photos (tux or drape). Our sessions seek to capture this time in your senior’s life and are less formal than the typical “portrait session”. We are open to ideas and locations that will best capture their unique personalities. Senior sessions may include up to three locations at photographer’s discretion. $X (+VA sales tax)

Weddings
We book by the hour for coverage on your wedding day, and include professional editing/retouching of images, and a blog sneak peek. Digital and print packages are available. Gorgeous albums and various size prints are available, please discuss these when booking your session. You can expect approximately 30-40 images/hour on average.
Each wedding is priced individually and customized to meet your needs! Prices are are locked in at booking. Sunflower Studios only shoots a few small, hand-selected weddings a year, so please book early. $X/hour (+VA sales tax).

After your session, your images will reviewed for quality, lightly edited and placed into a password protected proof gallery for you to select your package images from. This proof gallery is typically available 2-3 weeks after your session.
Once you have emailed your images choices to the studio, the final editing will take place. All images will be delivered within a timely manner upon receipt of selection to allow time for printing and delivery.
If, for any reason, you need your images sooner than stated above, please feel free to discuss this at your session and every effort will be made to accommodate you
