I am always so honored when asked to capture a promotion or retirement ceremony. To share in such an important event in the life of a person or family who has given so much is inspiring. This ceremony was extra special because it was held at the National Archives and after the ceremony we had our own private viewing of the US Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and Magna Carta. Wow!!! Congrats, sir, on your promotion and thank you for your service. {note: due to the sensitive nature of the documents, it is VERY dark inside the gallery with NO flash allowed. This is a difficult, low light situation and is the cause of the grainy nature of the indoor photos}.
